Vehicle Refurbishment & Precision Maintenance: We conduct comprehensive inspection and maintenance on core components including engines, chassis, hydraulic systems and braking systems according to mining operation requirements. All wear and tear will be repaired and vehicle performance fully debugged, ensuring the trucks can be put directly into mining operation upon arrival in Africa with no hidden faults.
Compliance Inspection & Document Processing: We complete special export inspections for used vehicles and issue official inspection reports. Meanwhile, we handle all export filings, customs declaration documents, and mandatory certification documents required by African destination countries such as CCIC, PVOC and SONCAP, to ensure full document compliance with African import standards and avoid customs clearance delays.
Port Haulage & Customs Clearance: After vehicle finishing and sealing, we arrange professional truck transportation to core Chinese ports including Qingdao and Tianjin, completing booking, pre-shipment inspection and customs declaration. This whole procedure takes only 3–5 days.
2. International Ocean Shipping Stage (25–35 Days, Stable Lead Time)
West Africa Routes (Nigeria, Ghana, Guinea, etc.): 28–35 days
East Africa Routes (Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, etc.): 20–30 days
Minor adjustments due to weather or shipping schedule changes may cause a 3–5 day fluctuation at most. Real-time logistics tracking is available throughout the voyage.
3. Destination Port Clearance & Final Delivery (7–20 Days)
African Coastal Ports: 7–10 days for customs clearance and truck pickup, with immediate vehicle handover after completion.
African Inland Mining Areas (Zambia, DRC, Mali, etc.): 10–20 days for inland transportation from coastal ports to mining sites after customs clearance.
