Definition of Mass Terms

  3. Rated Payload: Permitted ore load weight for mining site operation.

Selection Notes

  • The 70-ton Mining Bawang model is widely used in open-pit coal mines and aggregate quarries.

  • Thickened hopper, added protective guards, water spray systems and toolboxes will increase curb weight and reduce effective payload.

  • Mining dump trucks are off-highway vehicles, not licensed for public road operation, only for on-site movement within mining areas.
